Shipping Rates
We offer one simple flat shipping rate to everywhere we ship:
- $6.99 flat-rate shipping on every order, anywhere we deliver.
- FREE shipping on orders over $69 — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and many countries worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you. The same $6.99 flat rate (free over $69) applies everywhere.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada & Australia: 8–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs, weather, or carrier delays during peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email us.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.
