Return & Refund Policy
At Clova (operated by WORLDBIZ INC, Portland, Oregon, USA), we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we make returns easy and completely free.
Our Return Promise
- Free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery
- No questions asked
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Start a Return
- Email us at care@clovaco.com with your order number and the items you wish to return
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Pack your items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. To request an exchange, email care@clovaco.com with your order number and the exchange details. We will confirm availability and send instructions within 1 business day. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit, which will be available immediately in your Clova account for use on future orders.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items with removed tags
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
