About Clova
Who is Clova?
Clova is a women's fashion brand operated by WORLDBIZ INC, an American company based in Portland, Oregon (5441 S Macadam Ave, Suite R, Portland, OR 97239, USA). For over 5 years, we have been dressing women across the US, Canada, and Australia with effortless, flattering fashion in sizes S through 3X.
What styles do you carry?
We carry three signature style pillars: Breezy Boho (floral maxis, tiered dresses, smocked bodices), Classic Linen (breathable linen sets, wide-leg trousers, tunic tops), and Old Money Ease (tailored blazers, shift dresses, wide-leg trousers). All styles are available in sizes S to 3X.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes S through 3X across all styles. Visit our Size Guide for measurements in both inches and centimeters. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up — returns are always free.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size or slightly relaxed. We note on each product page if a style runs small or large. Our smocked and elastic-waist styles are especially forgiving across sizes.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69 to the United States, Canada, and Australia. No discount code needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
- Australia: 10–14 business days
What if my order is under $69?
Orders under $69 ship for a flat rate: $6.99 to the US and $9.99 to Canada and Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on all orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Simply email care@clovaco.com with your order number to start a return — we will send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Email care@clovaco.com with your order number and the size or item you need. We will confirm availability and walk you through the exchange process. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Do you offer new customer discounts?
Yes! New customers enjoy two welcome offers:

Fabric & Care
What fabrics do you use?
We use pre-washed linen blends, cotton gauze, and soft woven fabrics — all chosen for breathability, softness, and wrinkle resistance. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
Are your fabrics machine washable?
Yes. All our linen and cotton pieces are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend hang drying. Care instructions are on each product page and garment tag.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Email care@clovaco.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
